Cooperation

Collaboration process flow

1

To get to know

Successful work is only possible if all participants can communicate well with each other. My international experience has taught me to adapt flexibly to different working methods and to improve my communication. Here, the introductory talk is of crucial importance in order to define communication channels and types right from the start and to set a common ground.

2

Define goal

A lot of misleading information is spread in the area of sustainability. In order to offer you real added value, a clear, delimited and achievable goal must be defined and written down right at the beginning of the cooperation. Only when there is clarity about the goal can a specific offer be prepared.

3

Agreed Scope of work

My offer will also take up your working time. An agreed time frame simplifies the collaboration and increases the transparency of the results. Here we will agree on the milestones and when to achieve them.

4

Kick-off meeting

Each of my offerings requires an initial meeting with all stakeholders to ensure the planning and responsibilities meet the expectations of the entire team.

5

Implementation

Regular checkpoints with the stakeholders give us the necessary flexibility for changes in the time and target framework. It is particularly important to present the milestones that have already been reached.

6

Conclusion

All results are first presented to the team to check the achievement of all set goals. If there is a consensus, the final result is generated.
